Tiny Tots Program
Tiny Tots is our parent-child class children ages 1.5 - 3 years old. Class sessions typically last 8 weeks and correspond to the seasons from September to May. We hold a special 3-week session in December with a holiday theme. Classes are held inside the Frying Pan Park Schoolhouse.
Our Tiny Tots work on socialization and language, along with fine and gross motor skills. Adult attendance and participation is required and moms, dads, grandparents, or other caregivers are welcome!
For children ages 2-3.5 years, enjoy arts, crafts, songs, circle time, games, and other activities related to a theme for the week with your child. Activities develop fine and gross motor skills and practice social skills. Register in Parktakes
Toddlers and their caregivers explore upbeat and mellow movements, major and minor song keys and a variety of genres, time signatures, and rhythms. Participants sing, play percussive instruments, and dance with props such as parachutes, ribbons, and scarves as they learn to express themselves through music.
Classes are offered for two age ranges –- from 18 to 28 months and from 24 to 42 months. Both classes will have the same format, but some activities will differ. Register in Parktakes
Tiny Tots Class Signups
Tiny Tot classes are offered in partnership with Fairfax County Parks Authority (FCPA). Registration is completed through FCPA Parktakes, which can be accessed through the links provided below when registration is open.
